If you live in an area where vandalism is rife, or you have just worked out the value of all those items you actually store in your garage (apart from your car!), surprised yourself and want to protect them, then Compton have the answer. Our options provide you with a greater level of security, giving you reassurance that you have made it much more difficult for anyone to break into your building. Windows Our double glazed PVCu window range utilises Secured by Design technology which is much more secure than standard double glazed windows. If you are still concerned about the vulnerability of your building, why not specify our exclusive laminated glass option? The outer pane of glass on your double glazed unit will be made from laminated glass, which is almost impossible to break into, giving you peace of mind. Doors The up and over door is often the area the casual intruder will try first. To make your door more secure, Compton have introduced four point locking, and a flush handle. Four point locking doubles the securing points when compared to the standard up and over door. A key operated flush handle makes it almost impossible to break the lock on the door and there are 15,000 different key combinations for greater security. (Georgian Doors and the main Cardale range are all fitted with a Euro lock which provides a similar level of security to the flush handle). |
